By practicing meditation you will feel a great change in your life, it will change your perception. It will make you a better person and increase mental agility to deal with any kind of problem in life. 


# Prepare yourself for meditation 
Make a routine, allot a specific time of your day for meditation.
prepare your mind to meditate by thinking about the mental peace you'll observe after meditation.

















#Find Place to meditate
Find the distraction-free Area, or wherever you are comfortable. Dim the lights and turn off the unnecessary sounds around you it

helps you to concentrate.














#Posture to meditate

Position your legs in whichever manner is comfortable for you. Extend them or cross them but mind one thing your back should be straight. lay your hands in whichever position you are comfortable whether on lap or by your side.
















#Meditating 
Calm down yourself relax, focus on your breath. breath in and out smoothly. Thoughts will arise in your mind this is a very natural kind of thing so let them arise but do not overthink on them. close your eyes and simply relax your body breath in and out.

"do at least for 15 minutes"














#Routine 
Meditation is not about a day game. its a process and take time, it is very productive and helpful for every aspect of life from being a student to a businessman or from being alone to a relationship.

"Do meditation daily".
